服務條款

生效日：2026-10-21。本條款適用於藝齊奏有限公司（以下稱「本公司」或「我們」）提供的 Hungry 智慧對話卡（hungry.unison.club）、unison.club 網站、實體卡牌訂購及相關服務（以下合稱「本服務」）。使用本服務即表示您同意本條款；學校或機構代表其教師與學生使用時，由該機構同意本條款。

1 · 本服務

Hungry 依主題或您上傳的教材，產生分程度的討論問題、回答句型與詞彙，供課堂、家庭與社群面對面對話使用。本服務為教育輔助工具；卡片內容由語言模型服務產生，可能有錯誤或不合適之處，教師與家長應在使用前檢視。

本服務可隨時因維護、更新或不可抗力暫停；我們會盡力維持穩定，但不保證不中斷。免費額度、功能與版面可能調整。

2 · 帳號

教師、家長、主辦人與學生都可以用 Google 帳號登入；學生可用自己的、學校發的或家長的帳號。您應妥善保管登入資訊，並對帳號下的活動負責。學生加入牌局也可以不用帳號；未成年人應在成人監督下使用。

3 · 授權與席次

• 免費額度：以 Google 登入後可使用 60 張智慧卡，之後每天 3 張；未登入：每天 3 張。萬聖節挑戰免費開放到 2026 年 11 月 8 日。公開測試版（2026 年 9 月 24 日至 10 月 8 日）已經結束。
• 我們原本承諾，免費結束前至少 30 天會先通知，這次沒有做到。如果您在公開測試期間使用過 Hungry，App 裡的通知會給您一組免費代碼，讓您使用完整功能到 2026 年 11 月 8 日。找不到的話，請寫信到 jesse@unison.club。
• Hungry 家庭方案：一個家庭使用，家中的手機、平板等裝置都能玩全家一起的英文對話挑戰。三個月：NT$1,797，共 91 天，一次付款，全家都可以用；一個月：NT$599，共 30 天。三個月的家庭一起用英文聊滿 5 次後，可以延長成一整年：再加 9 個月（274 天），只付 6 個月的錢，NT$3,594。每次付款都是單次刷卡，不會自動續約或再次扣款。
• 付費席次：一種席次、一個價格——每席每月 1,000 張新卡片，包含全部功能（多裝置、上傳教材、列印、22 種介面語言）；月繳或年繳，個人與學校適用同一價格。所有席次的卡片品質相同。
• 一組授權碼可包含多個席次（學校團訂）；授權碼僅供購買的個人或機構使用，不得轉售或公開散布。
• 合理使用：額度不得以自動化程式大量產卡或轉作其他用途；異常使用時我們得暫停授權並聯絡您。

4 · 您的內容與產生的卡片

您上傳的教材、照片與輸入的主題仍屬於您；您授權我們為產生卡片而處理它們。您應確認自己有權使用所上傳的內容。

您在卡片上加入的「自己的答案」經審核後，可能以匿名方式加入共享題庫供其他使用者使用；不會附上您的姓名或帳號。

產生的卡片可在課堂、家庭與非商業教學情境自由使用與列印；不得整批擷取後另行販售。

5 · 付款、續約與發票

線上付款由綠界科技（ECPay）處理，本公司不儲存卡號。價格以新臺幣計，含 5% 營業稅，付款後開立統一發票（可填統一編號）。

月繳方案每次都是單次付款，不會自動扣款：一個月到期後，要不要再付款由您決定。年繳方案與學校團訂為一次付清，不自動續約，到期前我們會提醒。

Hungry 家庭方案每次付款都是單次刷卡，用於該次購買的天數；不會自動續約或再次扣款，天數用完時，要不要再付款由您決定。

退款依「退款政策」辦理。

6 · 使用規範

不得利用本服務產生或散布違法、仇恨、色情、危害兒童或侵害他人權利的內容；不得干擾服務運作或嘗試未經授權的存取。違反者我們得終止授權，且不退費。

7 · 智慧財產

Hungry、Unison 藝齊奏的名稱、標誌、卡片設計與軟體受著作權及商標法保護。除本條款明示者外，不授予其他權利。

8 · 責任限制

本服務依現狀提供。在法律允許範圍內，本公司對因使用或無法使用本服務所生的間接損失不負責任；對任何請求的賠償總額，以您在請求發生前 12 個月內支付給本公司的金額為上限。消費者依法享有的權利不受影響。

9 · 終止

您可隨時停止使用並要求刪除帳號。我們得於您違反本條款時終止或暫停您的存取。

10 · 準據法與管轄

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本條款所生爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

11 · 條款修改與聯絡

我們可能更新本條款；重大變更會在網站公告。任何問題請來信 jesse@unison.club。

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-10-21. These terms govern the Hungry smart conversation cards app (hungry.unison.club), the unison.club website, printed-deck orders and related services (together, the "Service") provided by 藝齊奏有限公司 (Unison Co., Ltd., "we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms; a school or organisation that provides the Service to its teachers and students agrees on their behalf.

1 · The Service

Hungry generates level-matched discussion questions, reply frames and vocabulary from a topic or from material you upload, for face-to-face conversation in classrooms, homes and groups. It is a teaching aid: card text is produced by language-model services and may contain errors or unsuitable content — teachers and parents should review it before use.

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control; we work to keep it stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The free allowance, features and layout may change.

2 · Accounts

Teachers, parents, hosts and students can sign in with a Google account; a student may use their own, their school's or a parent's. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Students can also join rooms without an account; minors should use the Service under adult supervision.

3 · Licences and seats

• Free allowance: 60 smart cards after a Google sign-in, then 3 cards a day; not signed in: 3 cards a day. The Halloween challenge is free until 8 November 2026. The open beta (24 September to 8 October 2026) has ended.
• We promised at least 30 days' notice before the free beta ended and did not give it. If you were using the open beta, the notice in the app gives you a free code for the full app until 8 November 2026. If you cannot find it, write to jesse@unison.club.
• Hungry Family plan, for one household: the family's English conversation challenges on the household's phones, tablets and other devices. Three months: NT$1,797 for 91 days, one payment for the whole household. One month: NT$599 for 30 days. After five completed talks, a three-month family can extend to a full year: 9 more months (274 days) for the price of 6, NT$3,594. Each payment is a single card charge that does not renew or charge again by itself.
• Paid seats: one kind of seat, one price — 1,000 fresh cards a month per seat with every capability included (multi-device use, uploaded material, printing, 22 interface languages); billed monthly or yearly, at the same price for individuals and schools. Every seat has the same card quality.
• One licence code may hold several seats (school packs). Codes are for the purchasing person or organisation only and may not be resold or posted publicly.
• Fair use: allowances may not be consumed by automated tools or diverted to other purposes; on unusual use we may pause the licence and contact you.

4 · Your content and the generated cards

Material, photos and topics you upload remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them to generate cards. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.

A "my own answer" you add to a card may, after review, be added to the shared answer pool in anonymised form for other users — never with your name or account.

Generated cards may be used and printed freely in classrooms, homes and non-commercial teaching; they may not be harvested in bulk for resale.

5 · Payment, renewal and invoices

Online payment is processed by ECPay (綠界科技); we never store card numbers. Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars including 5% VAT; a uniform invoice (統一發票) is issued after payment and can carry a company tax ID.

Monthly plans are paid by a single charge each month that does not renew by itself: when the month ends, you choose whether to pay again. Yearly plans and school packs are one-time payments that never auto-renew; we remind you before expiry.

Each Hungry Family plan payment is a single card charge for the days it covers. It does not renew or charge again by itself: when those days end, you choose whether to pay again.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexual, child-endangering or rights-infringing content, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access. We may terminate licences for violations without refund.

7 · Intellectual property

The Hungry and Unison 藝齊奏 names, logos, card designs and software are protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted beyond those stated here.

8 · Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9 · Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the Taiwan Taichung District Court is the court of first instance for disputes.

11 · Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Questions: jesse@unison.club.

隱私權政策

生效日：2026-10-21。本政策說明藝齊奏有限公司（統一編號 00242405，以下稱「我們」）在 unison.club 與 hungry.unison.club 如何蒐集、使用與保護個人資料，依《個人資料保護法》辦理。

1 · 我們蒐集什麼

• 帳號資料：以 Google 登入者（教師、主辦人、家長與學生；學生可用自己的、學校發的或家長的帳號）之姓名、電子郵件與 Google 帳號識別碼。
• 帳號紀錄：已登入的帳號會保存它看過的卡片與題目、標記為看太多次的卡片、感興趣的主題、完成的卡片上的練習單字、自己寫的答案，以及卡片數量，讓卡片不重複，換裝置也能接著用。多人共用一台裝置時，紀錄屬於整組。
• 帳號每月摘要：帳號登入時，還會保存一份每月的小紀錄：有多少張卡片出現在螢幕上、在螢幕上停留多久（每張最多計三分鐘），以及其中屬於十六個主題類別（例如美食、運動）的各有幾張。紀錄只有數字與類別名稱，不包含任何人輸入或說出的內容；帳號頁面可以逐月查看。
• 授權資料：授權碼、席次數、啟用與到期日、以授權為單位的使用統計（場次、每桌裝置數、發言輪數、主題與程度分布），以及伺服器紀錄：每一次產生卡片、每一則送出檢查的答案，連同帳號識別碼、時間、設定與該請求的前 140 個字元。
• 您提供的內容：輸入的主題、上傳的教材與照片、您加入的「自己的答案」與儲存的卡片。
• 家庭的牌桌：玩家庭挑戰的家庭，在我們的伺服器上有一張自己的牌桌，以隨機產生的識別碼記錄，不需要帳號。牌桌保存挑戰的進度：玩的是哪一個挑戰與家庭選的目標、計入挑戰的日期與當天同桌的人數、最近幾次對話開始與結束的時間（約保存 37 小時）、分鐘數與卡片數、金幣、擁有的物品與擺放的位置、卡片的級別、免費週與主畫面禮物的紀錄、時區、同桌裝置的隨機識別碼、牌桌鑰匙的指紋（雜湊值），以及這個家庭最初是從我們的哪一個連結進來的。牌桌也保存家庭練習了什麼：在卡片上選的答案與查過的單字（每個字只記一次，挑戰結束後只留數量）、練習了幾個句子（只記數量），以及卡片的主題；卡片上打的字或說出來的話，我們從不保存。牌桌還保存：家庭代碼的指紋（雜湊值；代碼只在 15 分鐘內有效）；牌桌的分享碼，以及它邀請來的家庭和邀請它的家庭（以牌桌的識別碼或其雜湊值記錄，不指向任何人）：何時加入、進行到哪一步，以及因此得到的金幣與寶石；家庭開始時看到的是哪一版告知，以及看到的時間；付款之後，還有付費的天數、付費期間每週選的目標（3、5 或 7 天），以及申請過的退款（訂單編號與申請時間）。玩家的暱稱、是大人或小孩，以及興趣，都輸入在家人自己的裝置上；為了讓這些資料跟著家庭到其他裝置，我們的伺服器只保存一份在裝置上鎖好的副本，不保存解開它的鑰匙。
• 提醒：家庭開啟提醒時，我們會保存那台裝置的推播位址（Apple、Google、Mozilla 或 Microsoft 推播服務上的一個位址，不指向任何人）、裝置的語言，以及家庭選的提醒時間；還有提醒的紀錄：最近一次提醒送出的時間、種類與文字、之後兩小時內家庭是否打開牌桌或玩了一天，以及送過提醒的日子。關閉提醒後，這個位址就會刪除。
• 技術資料：瀏覽器與裝置類型、大致地區、隨機裝置識別碼（用來維持牌局回合，也用來分辨家庭牌桌上的不同裝置）、必要的 Cookie 與本機儲存。
• 網站分析：Google Analytics 4 用帶有隨機識別碼的 Cookie 統計網站瀏覽，會看到瀏覽的頁面、裝置類型與大致地區。我們不會傳送姓名或 Email 給它。Google 如何使用這些資料：https://policies.google.com/privacy/partners
• 付款資料：由綠界科技（ECPay）處理；我們只收到付款結果、訂單編號與開立發票所需的資料（Email、統一編號與抬頭），不接觸卡號。

2 · 學生與兒童

學生可以用 QR 或代碼加入牌局，不需登入，我們也從不要求學生姓名。學生也可以用 Google 帳號登入——自己的、學校發的或家長的帳號都可以；該帳號會保存第 1 節所述的帳號紀錄。未滿 13 歲的兒童，應使用由學校或家長建立並監督的帳號。多位學生共用一台裝置時，紀錄屬於整組。學生之間是面對面對話，Hungry 不錄音、不錄影；相機只在使用者選擇拍攝教材或掃描代碼時開啟，且只用來取得那張照片或讀取那個代碼。學校或家長可以要求查閱、更正或刪除帳號的紀錄（見第 6 節）。

3 · 我們如何使用

提供與改善本服務（產生卡片、保存帳號紀錄讓卡片不重複、在帳號頁面顯示它自己的每月摘要、儲存您的卡片與答案、統計授權使用量）、處理付款與開立發票、寄送授權碼與服務通知、回覆您的來信、維護安全與防止濫用。我們不會出售個人資料，也不會用於廣告投放。

讓卡片貼合此時此地：Hungry 在您的裝置上讀取裝置時鐘與時區，只把星期、時段、日期、季節，以及時區所在的國家，隨卡片請求一起送出，讓問題符合您現在的時間與當地的日常生活。這些資訊不會被儲存，也不會與任何帳號連結；我們從不要求、也不使用您的精確位置（GPS）。

家庭挑戰中，家庭牌桌保存的資料（第 1 節）用來讓家庭看到自己的進度、挑選適合且不重複的卡片、讓家庭在想分享時分享自己的進度，以及改善 Hungry（包括了解哪些連結帶來家庭）。每次分享都由家庭自己按下，我們不會替家庭公開任何內容。付費的天數、每週目標與退款申請，用來提供家庭付費的方案與處理退款；邀請的紀錄，用來把金幣和寶石給一起玩的家庭；提醒的紀錄，用來決定何時提醒，以及改善提醒；告知的版本，用來記下家庭看到的是哪一版。

4 · 協助我們處理資料的服務

• Google Firebase（主機、資料庫、登入驗證、App Check）：資料儲存於 Google Cloud。
• Google 的語言模型服務（目前為 Gemini）：只接收產生卡片所需的內容——主題或教材文字、卡片設定（語言、程度），以及上述的星期、時段、日期、季節與國家——不接收姓名、帳號識別碼或精確位置。
• 綠界科技 ECPay：付款與電子發票。
• Apple、Google、Mozilla、Microsoft 的推播服務：把提醒送到已開啟提醒的裝置。
• Zoho Mail：寄送授權碼與通知。
• Google Analytics：網站流量統計。

5 · 保存期間

帳號資料保存至您刪除帳號；帳號紀錄、儲存的卡片與答案保存至您刪除或帳號刪除為止；帳號每月摘要隨帳號保存；牌桌的共用紀錄在這一桌結束時刪除（最晚約在最後一次使用後半天）；家庭的牌桌（包括挑戰進度、付費天數、退款申請與提醒的紀錄）與上鎖的玩家資料沒有設定刪除期限；裝置的推播位址保存到關閉提醒為止；授權使用統計，以及伺服器上產生卡片、檢查答案的紀錄，沒有設定刪除期限；資料庫的每日備份保存 30 天；付款與發票紀錄依稅法保存法定年限。

6 · 您的權利

您可查詢、閱覽、複製、補充更正、停止處理或刪除您的個人資料。請以登入 Email 來信 jesse@unison.club，我們會在 30 日內處理。

7 · 安全

傳輸全程加密（TLS）；資料庫以存取規則限制讀寫；付款頁面由綠界提供，卡號不經過我們。

8 · Cookie 與本機儲存

必要用途：登入狀態、語言與版面偏好、離線可用的已儲存卡片，以及家庭牌桌的鑰匙（一個最長保存 400 天、程式無法讀取的 Cookie，讓同一台裝置回到自己的牌桌）。分析用途：Google Analytics 的 Cookie（帶有隨機識別碼）。您可在瀏覽器停用 Cookie，但部分功能將無法使用。

Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-10-21. This policy explains how 藝齊奏有限公司 (Unison Co., Ltd., tax ID 00242405, "we") collects, uses and protects personal data on unison.club and hungry.unison.club, in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

1 · What we collect

• Account data: the name, email address and Google account identifier of people who sign in with Google: teachers, hosts, parents and students, whose account may be their own, their school's or a parent's.
• Account history: a signed-in account keeps the cards and questions it has seen, the cards it marked as seen too often, its topics, the practice words from the cards it finished, the answers it wrote and its card counts, so cards don't repeat and the history follows the account to any device. A device that several people share keeps one history for the group.
• Monthly summary: while an account is signed in, it also keeps a small record for each month: how many cards came onto its screen, how long they were on it (at most three minutes a card), and how many were about each of sixteen topic categories, such as food or sport. It holds numbers and category names only, never anything anyone typed or said, and the account's page shows it month by month.
• Licence data: licence codes, seat counts, activation and expiry dates, usage statistics kept per licence (sessions, devices per room, turns, topic and level distribution), and a server log of each card request and each answer sent for checking, with the account identifier, the time, the settings and the first 140 characters of the request.
• Content you provide: topics you type, material and photos you upload, answers you add and cards you save.
• A family's table: a household that plays a family challenge has its own table on our server, under an identifier made at random, with no account. The table keeps the challenge's progress: which challenge it is and the goal the family chose, the days that counted and how many people were at the table on each, when recent talks began and ended (kept for about 37 hours), the minutes and the number of cards, the coins, the things the table owns and where they stand, the level of its cards, its free week and its Home Screen gift, its time zone, the random identifiers of the devices at the table, a fingerprint of the table's key, and which of our links the household first came by. The table also keeps what the family practised: the answers picked on cards and the words looked up (each word once, and only their number once the challenge ends), how many sentences it practised (a count), and the cards' topics; we never keep what anyone types or says on a card. It also keeps the fingerprints of its family codes (a code works for 15 minutes only); its share code, and the households it invited or that invited it (by their tables' identifiers or a hash of them, which name nobody): when each came, how far it got, and the coins and gems this brought; which version of the notice the family was shown when it started, and when; and, once it pays, its paid days, the goal it chose for each paid week (3, 5 or 7 days) and any refund it asked for (the order number and when). The players' nicknames, whether each is a grown-up or a child, and their interests are typed on the family's own devices. So that they follow the family to its other devices, our server keeps only a locked copy, sealed on the device before it is sent, and never keeps a key to it.
• Reminders: if a family turns reminders on, we keep that device's push address (an address at Apple's, Google's, Mozilla's or Microsoft's push service; it names nobody), its language and the hour the family chose; and the reminder record: when the last reminder was sent, its kind and wording, whether the family opened its table or played a day within two hours of it, and the days reminders were sent. Turning reminders off forgets the address.
• Technical data: browser and device type, approximate region, a random device identifier (it keeps a player's turn in a room and tells a family's devices apart at its table), and essential cookies or local storage.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 counts visits to our sites using cookies with a random identifier; it sees the pages visited, the device type and an approximate region. We never send it names or email addresses. How Google uses this data: https://policies.google.com/privacy/partners
• Payment data: processed by ECPay; we receive only the payment result, the order number and what an e-invoice needs (email, tax ID and company name). Card numbers never reach us.

2 · Students and children

Students can join a room by QR code or room code without signing in, and we never ask for their names. A student may also sign in with a Google account: their own, their school's or a parent's. That account then keeps the account history described in section 1. Children under 13 should use an account their school or a parent has set up and supervises. A device that several students share keeps one history for the group. Students talk to each other face to face; Hungry does not record audio or video. The camera opens only when a user chooses to photograph material or scan a code, and only to capture that image or read that code. A school or a parent can ask us to see, correct or delete an account's history (section 6).

3 · How we use it

To provide and improve the Service (generate cards, keep an account's history so cards don't repeat, show an account its own monthly summary, store your cards and answers, count licence usage), process payments and issue invoices, send licence codes and service notices, answer your messages, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Fitting cards to the time and place: Hungry reads your device's clock and time zone on your device and sends only the weekday, part of the day, date, season and the country your time zone is in with each card request, so questions fit your time of day and everyday life where you are. None of it is stored or linked to an account, and we never ask for or use your precise location (GPS).

For a family challenge, what the family's table keeps (section 1) is used to show the family its own progress, to pick cards that fit and don't repeat, to let the family share its progress when it chooses to, and to improve Hungry, including learning which of our links bring families. Sharing is the family's own tap each time; we publish nothing for it. Paid days, weekly goals and refund requests are used to provide the plan the family paid for and to handle refunds; the invitation records, to give coins and gems to the households that play together; the reminder record, to decide when to remind and to improve reminders; the notice's version, to record which version the family was shown.

4 · Services that process data for us

• Google Firebase (hosting, database, sign-in, App Check): data is stored on Google Cloud.
• Google's language-model services (currently Gemini): receive only what a card needs — the topic or material text, the card settings (languages, level) and the weekday, part of the day, date, season and country described above — never names, account identifiers or a precise location.
• ECPay (綠界科技): payments and e-invoices.
• The push services of Apple, Google, Mozilla and Microsoft: deliver a reminder to a device that turned reminders on.
• Zoho Mail: licence codes and notices.
• Google Analytics: website traffic statistics.

5 · Retention

Account data until you delete the account; an account's history, saved cards and answers until you delete them or the account; an account's monthly summaries for as long as the account exists; a table's shared record until the table ends (at most about half a day after its last use); a family's table (with its challenge progress, paid days, refund requests and reminder record) and the locked copy of its players with no set end; a device's push address until its reminders are turned off; licence usage statistics, and the server log of card requests and answer checks, with no set end; daily backups of the database for 30 days; payment and invoice records for the period required by tax law.

6 · Your rights

You may access, copy, correct, restrict or delete your personal data. Email jesse@unison.club from your sign-in address; we respond within 30 days.

7 · Security

All traffic is encrypted (TLS); database access is restricted by security rules; the payment page is ECPay's, so card data never passes through us.

8 · Cookies and local storage

Essential: sign-in state, language and layout preferences, saved cards for offline use, and the key of a family's table (a cookie kept for up to 400 days that no script can read, so a device comes back to its own table). Analytics: Google Analytics' cookies, which hold a random identifier. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features will stop working.

9 · Changes and contact

退款政策

生效日：2026-10-21。適用於 hungry.unison.club 的 Hungry 家庭方案、付費席次、學校團訂，以及 unison.club 的實體卡牌訂單。退款不以您使用了多少為條件——我們的責任是交付一個有價值的工具。

1 · Hungry 家庭方案

• 每次付款後 7 天內可全額退款，不問理由：在 Hungry 裡方案的頁面按「全額退款」，款項會退回原本付款的卡片，該次付款買的天數隨即結束。
• 7 天後不提供按日退款；已付的天數可以用到最後一天。
• 每一週都完成：全額退款，或接下來三個月免費。三個月方案共 12 週，從付款的那一刻開始；每週由全家決定目標：3、5 或 7 天，聊滿這個天數，這一週就完成；少聊的天數可以之後補，12 週結束後還有 4 天可以補。12 週都完成，可以選：NT$1,797 全額退款，或接下來三個月免費。這是送給新家庭的禮物，只有第一次的三個月才有；一個月的方案沒有這份獎勵。延長成一整年的家庭，12 週都完成的獎勵是多送 3 個月，不是全額退款。

2 · 席次的月繳方案

• 每個月都是單次付款，不會自動續約。
• 當期不提供按日退款。
• 第一次月繳扣款後 7 天內改變主意，來信即全額退還該筆款項。

3 · 年繳方案與學校團訂

• 購買後 30 天內全額退費，不問理由：以購買時的 Email 來信 jesse@unison.club 即可。退費後授權碼停用。
• 30 天後不退費；年繳與團訂不自動續約，到期即止。
• 若因我們的原因連續 7 天以上無法提供服務，依未使用期間按比例退費。

4 · 實體卡牌訂單

• 收到商品後 7 日內可退貨（通訊交易猶豫期），商品須未拆封；退回運費由買方負擔。
• 商品瑕疵或運送損壞：免費更換，運費由我們負擔。

5 · 退款方式

線上刷卡：由綠界退回原付款卡片，銀行大約需要 14 到 21 個工作天才會顯示；匯款訂單：退回原帳戶。已開立的發票由我們辦理作廢或折讓。

6 · 服務類（家教、課程）

依各別書面約定辦理。

Refund Policy

Effective 2026-10-21. Applies to the Hungry Family plan, paid seats and school packs on hungry.unison.club and to printed-deck orders on unison.club. Refunds do not depend on how much you used the product — our job is to deliver a tool worth keeping.

1 · Hungry Family plan

• Full refund within 7 days of each payment, no questions asked: the Full refund button on the plan's page in Hungry sends it back to the card you paid with, and the days that payment bought end then.
• After 7 days there is no pro-rated refund; the days paid for run to their last day.
• Finish every week: your money back, or your next three months free. The three-month plan runs 12 weeks from the moment of payment; each week your family sets its goal of 3, 5 or 7 days, and reaching it finishes the week; a missed day can be made up later, and there are four catch-up days after week 12. Finish all 12 weeks and you choose: NT$1,797 back in full, or your next three months free. It is our gift to a new family, with its first three months only; the one-month plan carries no such reward. With the year, the reward for finishing all 12 weeks is 3 more months free, in place of the money back.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with; banks take about 14 to 21 working days to show them.

2 · Monthly seat plans

• Each month is a single payment and does not renew by itself.
• No pro-rated refund for the current month.
• Changed your mind within 7 days of the first monthly charge? Email us and we refund that charge in full.

3 · Yearly plans and school packs

• Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked: email jesse@unison.club from the purchase address. The licence code is deactivated on refund.
• No refund after 30 days; yearly plans and school packs never auto-renew — they simply end.
• If we cannot provide the Service for more than 7 consecutive days for reasons on our side, we refund the unused period pro rata.

4 · Printed-deck orders

• Return within 7 days of receipt (distance-selling cooling-off) if the product is unopened; return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Defective or damaged in transit: free replacement, shipping on us.

5 · How refunds are paid

Card payments are returned by ECPay to the original card; banks take about 14 to 21 working days to show them. Bank-transfer orders are refunded to the original account. We handle the invoice's cancellation or allowance.

6 · Services (tutoring, programmes)

As set out in the individual written agreement.
